I don’t grow eucalyptus, but I can tell you what I’ll be doing with a big bunch of sage, rosemary, and thyme this weekend.

Hecate: Many Thanks for the good thoughts for rain — thinking of sweet good falling rain from thick gray swollen clouds ….watered some trees out back tonight … a butterfly bush and some oleander by the driveway ….(and the neighbour’s trees too) …

Lol, I saw this on FB awhile back and thought I’d try it with dried lavender from the farmer’s market. When I informed the Hubby, he sighed in either “why me” exasperation or “yes, dear” defeat (or maybe a bit of both), and said “Fine, but if I go to work smelling like stinky flowers, I’m not buying them for you anymore! You will always have to go yourself–no more sleeping in and sending me, becuase I’ll be on strike!” Needless to say, he did not go to work smelling like “stinky flowers” and he made and hung me a little rack from the ceiling to hang herbs on over the tub.
