Are you keeping safe? Right now, that’s really Job One. We all face different challenges, but you already know the basics. Get your shots. Stay home as much as you can. Wear masks in public. Practice social distancing. Wash your hands. Beyond that, anything you can do to improve your immune system is good, whether that’s exercise for one person, yogurt and fruit for another, extra Vitamin D for someone else.
And, in between, you deserve sleep. You deserve down time. You deserve joy.
